KOLARIDES INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANCY was founded in 1970 aiming to offer the best and most efficient accountancy education in Cyprus; it managed to survive through time, resist the fierce competition and set the foundations for a continuing and long-term growth, thus today to be considered one of the best and larger educational organisations of its kind in the country. 6 World Prizes, 46 Pancyprian Prizes, over 10,000 successes in LCCI Financial Qualifications exams, and 6 medals in the Pancyprian Accounting Olympiad are the Institute's results in numbers - creating even greater responsibilities on behalf of the Institute towards its students, customers, stakeholders and the general public.

The Institute’s website features a student’s secure area, through which students can view details of their account, for instance their remaining balance and the installments due.The Newsletter feature (Newsletter Engine & Newsletter Template) has been implemented and a component on the website allows the visitor to subscribe online to the organisation’s newsletter. 

The site is housing the eCommerce feature where administrators can manage the website content, import products from the Institute’s accounting system, manage stock, set delivery charges, announce special offers, track visits and orders and generally have a high-end shopfront and administration, tailor-made to their needs. The Institute Publications (TextBooks, Tutor's Version of TextBooks, Accounting Dictionary, Exam Model Solutions) are available for purchase online. Interested visitors have the ability to make an order online and have payment options for either online payment or cash on delivery. 

In addition to the website functionality, Dynamic Work’s EasyConsole eCRM has been implemented to manage the various internal administration of the Institute. This has dramatically improved data collection and data mining to not only see what customers are doing and buying currently, but to be able to understand their needs prior to and after enrollment, enable an institution to offer customized customer centered interactions and services at a lower cost. Reminders are sent to both Management as well as students, from the enquiry stage till the fees payment etc. In terms of reporting, administration can check reports in different groups such as “hot leads of the month” etc. or “enquiries of the day” both in graphical as well as in tabular format and of course reporting also includes custom reports which were done as per the requirement of the Institute.
