Requirements Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Preference for an IT or Computer Science degree or a degree in a related field. 
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform accurately, effectively and methodically
  • Flexible and open to working in shifts other than standard office hours.
  • Competent technical / programming skills
  • Proficiency in a standard web application programming language, such as PHP, with knowledge in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap will be considered an advantage
  • A passion for working with technology
