We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive professional who is eager to make a real impact. If you are ready to be a key part of our team at our Nicosia office, we would love to meet you and discuss how you can contribute to our success!

The role:

  • Collaborating closely with senior management in defining sales strategies
  • Working closely with the growth and go-to-markets teams contributing to the formation of strategies by creating campaigns and materials that resonate with potential clients that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Attending industry conferences, webinars, trade shows, and events to promote the company’s B2B software and network with potential clients.
  • Building the company’s brand reputation and awareness in the Fintech and Reg tech B2B software industry.
  • Identifying, profiling, lobbying with and converting potential B2B customers via various channels.
  • Conducting product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the CRM solutions.
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities and competitive advantages to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Regularly reporting on sales performance, progress, and key business development metrics to senior management.
  • Achieving individual sales targets for the acquisition of new clients and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Creating and delivering presentations to external stakeholders, partners, and clients to promote CRM solutions.

What we are looking for:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least four years of experience in B2B software solutions sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Understanding of Financial CRM software and its capabilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
