We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and skilled Product Manager professional who is eager to make a real impact. If you are ready to be a key part of our team at our Nicosia office, we would love to meet you and discuss how you can contribute to our success!

The role:

Managing the product lifecycle from concept and R&D, through design, development, testing/QA, and production, to launch, promotion, support, and ongoing customer service.
Define and maintain the long-term vision and strategy for the company’s product portfolio.
Develop and execute a comprehensive product plan both strategic and operational focused on achieving growth objectives, including market share, revenue, profitability, and return on investment (ROI).
Clearly articulate product strategy and roadmap to internal stakeholders. Communicate ideas and recommendations effectively, using data-driven insights to support decision-making. Maintain transparency around priorities and rationale.
Present and advocate for the product direction to company leadership and other key stakeholders. Ensure alignment across teams and secure buy-in for product initiatives.
Lead the formation of the product roadmap and reassess it regularly based on new data, evolving business priorities, and market trends.
Continuously gather, analyze, and synthesize data and business intelligence from multiple sources to inform product decisions and refine the roadmap accordingly.
Work closely with all relevant to ensure product success throughout its lifecycle.

Regularly interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to align product goals and execution.

What we are looking for:

University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Product Manager with a demonstrated track record of successful products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Good understanding of Financial CRM software and its capabilities.
Experience using product management tools (e.g., Jira).
Strong decision-making skills with a focus on evidence-based prioritization and business outcomes.
