Dynamic Works Unveils Groundbreaking e-KYC and Voice Analytics Platform at iFX EXPO International 2025

At iFX EXPO International 2025, Dynamic Works officially launched a next-generation identity verification and voice analytics solution that redefines onboarding and compliance processes in the financial services sector.

As part of its DISRUPT Innovation Project, the company presented live demonstrations to Mr. Demetris Skourides, Chief Scientist of the Republic of Cyprus & President of the the Research and Innovation Foundation, its in-house technologies, including NFC-based e-KYC, AI-powered voice call sentiment analysis, and real-time behavioural fraud detection, technologies that mark a major leap forward in user security, automation, and operational efficiency.

A new standard in digital onboarding

Dynamic Works has engineered an SDK-based e-KYC solution that eliminates the need for manual uploads, forms, or photos. The system reads data directly from government-issued ID cards and passports equipped with NFC chips, the same technology used at airport gates worldwide. Users simply tap their ID or passport to their mobile device to initiate verification. This process retrieves digitally signed government data, performs instant AML/sanctions checks, and concludes with biometric and video-based face matching.

"There are no photos, no forms, no third-party verifications," said Dinos Pastos, Product Development & Innovation Consultant. “Everything is done in real time, in-house, and in under a minute.”

Security-first, fraud-resistant by design
The system introduces multi-factor verification — combining document authentication, facial biometrics, and voice-based OTP validation to counter deepfakes and synthetic identity fraud. If any part of the process fails or the document is deemed invalid, the system blocks future attempts using that identity, adding an additional layer of fraud prevention.

Seamless fallback for unsupported documents
Where NFC is not available, the platform reverts to an AI-enhanced OCR and photo upload mechanism. Even poorly captured images are corrected by computer vision to enable accurate processing, maintaining accessibility while upholding security.

Voice analytics with real-time insight
Also launched at the event was AudioSense™, a multilingual AI voice analysis engine built to support broker call centers. It transcribes, classifies, and evaluates conversations across languages, detecting sentiment, flagging compliance issues, and triggering automated follow-ups via APIs. The goal: eliminating the need for manual QA while elevating service and oversight.

“We're solving real problems: fragmented providers, slow onboarding, and lack of visibility into client interactions,” said Angelos Gregoriou, CEO of Dynamic Works. “With Syntellicore and RebateCore, our clients can access everything they need from onboarding, compliance to IB management, and analytics – all in one platform.”
