• Enhanced KYC and Anti-Fraud Mechanism: The integration of advanced Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, incorporating biometric data extraction and Near Field Communication (NFC)-based client onboarding, to enhance security and streamline identity verification processes.
• BehavioRate Cybersecurity Solution: The development of an AI-driven cybersecurity tool focused on real-time behavioural analysis and anomaly detection, significantly strengthening the platform’s defence against emerging cyber threats.
• Unified KYC Platform: The implementation of a unified and intelligent KYC data management platform designed to ensure seamless integration and rigorous identity verification across multiple financial domains.
• Artificial Intelligence Framework: The deployment of AI-powered capabilities within the Syntellicore CRM, enabling adaptive customer engagement based on behavioural insights and evolving market requirements.
